1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:
•goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
•goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery.
