We are proud to share the strong results of Nalu Canoes paddlers at the Brazilian Championship.
Across OC1 and OC2 categories, our athletes showed great commitment, racing spirit and performance on the water. The Brazilian Championship once again brought together passionate paddlers, strong competition and the unique energy of the outrigger community.
A special congratulations goes to all athletes who represented Nalu Canoes with outstanding results:
OC1 (Nalu Supersonic, Nalu Shaka, Nalu Supernova) Results
The women’s OC1 categories brought especially strong results for Nalu Canoes. Fernanda Siqueira took an impressive 1st place in OC1 M40 Women (Nalu Supernova) , with Tatiana Sgaria finishing 3rd in the same category. Vera Larica Cabral completed the OC1 results with an 11th place in OC1 M60 Women.
Matheus Loureiro finished 4th in OC1 Open Men, followed by Mauricio Oliveira (Nalu Supernova) in 13th place.
In the men’s age group categories, Patrick Falqueto placed 13th in OC1 M40 Men, while Loic Piazza (Nalu Supersonic) finished 10th in OC1 M60 Men.
OC2 (Nalu Synergy) Results
The OC2 races also delivered excellent performances.
In OC2 Women Open, Simone Amim and Leticia Polonini finished in 3rd place. Matheus Loureiro and Celson Medina also secured 3rd place in OC2 Men Open.
In OC2 Men M40, Rafael Bonicen and Ricardo Girão took 2nd place, while Andherson Reis and Claudio Carraca finished 3rd.
Maria del Carmen and Eloisa Colucci achieved a strong 2nd place in OC2 Women M60, and Loic Piazza together with Jefferson Cabral finished 3rd in OC2 Men M60.
One of the highlights of the event was the victory of Robert Almeida and Thassia Marques, who took 1st place in OC2 Mixed Open. Simone Amim and Fabiano Turbay also represented Nalu Canoes in this strong category, finishing 13th.
These results show the dedication, passion and growing strength of the Nalu Canoes community in Brazil.
