2. Conclusion of Contract
•The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
•The contract is concluded when you place the products in the shopping cart, go through the checkout process, and click on the button “Order with obligation to pay”.
•Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
•All prices shown on the product pages include German VAT (currently 19%).
•Shipping costs are added and are displayed separately during the ordering process. Details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.
•For deliveries to the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for paying local import duties and taxes.
•Delivery is limited to Germany, EU Member States, and the United Kingdom (excluding Switzerland and other non-EU countries).

•Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered in our shop.
•Currently available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe.
•The payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery
•Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes place within the delivery times specified on the Shipping & Delivery page.
•If products with different delivery times are ordered, the latest delivery time applies to the entire order.
•If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the additional costs shall be borne by the customer.

8. Warranty
•Statutory warranty rights apply.
•For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is limited to one year from delivery, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or damage to life, body, or health.

•We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
•For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
•Further claims are excluded.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
•German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
•For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
